Mindful Earth offers the following services:
All service engagements begin with a free 30-minute discovery consultation to ensure alignment before any commitment is made.
Services are booked via Calendly and confirmed by email. Payment is required before services commence unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, and bank transfer.
Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. International clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees.
Discovery calls: Free to cancel or reschedule at any time via Calendly.
Consulting sessions: Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund or reschedule. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Retreat & event planning: Deposits are non-refundable. Full payments may be refunded at our discretion depending on the stage of planning. Specific terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
Digital products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue receiving your product, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Digital products (workbooks, guides, and educational resources) are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any Mindful Earth digital product without written permission.
Mindful Earth services — including somatic bodywork, yoga, energy healing, and wellness consulting — are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns.
By engaging our services, you confirm that you are responsible for your own wellbeing and that you will inform us of any relevant health conditions before sessions begin.
All content on mindfulearth.eco — including text, images, brand assets, workbooks, and digital products — is the intellectual property of Mindful Earth and Montana King. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindful Earth and Montana King shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
