We are at an early and exciting stage of building Mindful Earth. The people we bring in now will help shape the culture, the quality, and the direction of what this becomes. We take that seriously — and we hope you do too.
We are looking for someone who understands wellness, speaks authentically online, and can help grow the Mindful Earth presence across Instagram and beyond. You will work across our accounts — @mindfulearth.eco, @mindfulearth.events, and @mindfulearth.media — with a consistent voice and genuine understanding of the community we are building.
A designer who feels at home in the wellness and lifestyle space — someone who understands the Mindful Earth aesthetic (warm, grounded, nature-rooted, not corporate) and can translate it into beautiful, consistent visual assets across digital and print formats.
Experienced wellness professionals who can support Mindful Earth clients with business strategy, programme development, and practitioner mentorship. You bring deep knowledge of the wellness industry — the realities of building a practice, the gaps in the market, and the support that actually makes a difference.
Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and passionate about creating experiences that truly transform. You will support the planning and delivery of Mindful Earth retreats and events — from venue sourcing and logistics to on-site coordination. Experience in wellness events strongly preferred.
Yoga teachers, somatic practitioners, breathwork facilitators, sound healers, movement coaches, meditation guides, energy workers, nature guides, mindful chefs, artists, writers, and anyone else who holds space for genuine human experience. If you facilitate transformation and you align with the Mindful Earth ethos — we would love to hear from you.
As Mindful Earth grows, so will our team of virtual collaborators — remote social media managers, designers, consultants, and support staff who can contribute to the ecosystem from anywhere in the world.
